License

• Your license is personal and is used on a single computer. If the key is shared, sold or used on other computers, the license may be disabled.
• The license term (monthly, season or lifetime) and the package (Standard or Ultimate Plus) are set at purchase. When the term ends, the program stops working.
• Price, payment and refund terms are communicated at the time of purchase.

Account and downloads

You sign in to your futgain.com account with Google and link your license key once. Program downloads are only available to valid (active and unexpired) licenses. You must not share the downloaded file with others.

EA rules and responsibility

FUTGain acts on your behalf on the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team web app. Automation on the web app is against EA's terms of use; the user is responsible for any restriction or ban that may be applied to their EA account. The bot works with a human-like pace and breaks and stops sniping when EA shows a block, but no method removes the risk completely.

No profit is guaranteed: market prices change and purchased cards may sell for less than expected. The program is provided as is; it is not guaranteed to work without errors or interruptions.

Misuse

Copying or modifying the program, attempting to bypass the license check, or using it in a way that harms others is prohibited and leads to the license being disabled.

These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page.
