This page explains which information the FUTGain program, the futgain.com website and the phone app (app.ftakip.com) keep, and why.
Sign in with Google
You sign in to your futgain.com account with Google. Google gives us only the following, and that is all we store: your Google account ID (a number that never changes), your email address, and your first and last name. We never see your password. The license key you enter on your first sign-in is linked to this account.
License and program
- Your license key, package and license term.
- The ID of the computer your license was first set up on (so the license is used on a single computer), the program version and when it was last seen.
- Sniping statistics: the player or filter searched, search and purchase counts, purchase prices. These records are deleted after 14 days.
- A record of downloads made from the account page (date and version).
Your EA account password stays only on your own computer, encrypted; it is never sent to our server or to your phone.
Phone app
When you pair your phone with the code from your computer, the notification subscription address provided by your browser is stored so we can send you notifications. Commands between the bot on your computer and your phone pass through our server.
Why we use it
To verify your license, show your account page, let you download the program, provide support and prevent abuse such as license sharing. Your information is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with others.
Cookies
We use a single cookie, only when you sign in to your account, to keep your session open (30 days). There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The sign-in button is provided by Google and may use Google's own cookies.
Where it is stored
Our server is in a data center in Germany (Frankfurt). Connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
Your rights
Contact us to see, correct or delete the information we keep about you. We can unlink your Google account at any time; your license is not affected.
